My seminars range from 1 ½ hour lectures to 6 hour training sessions, depending on the organization’s needs and time available. My focus has been on legal professionals (attorneys, mediators, judges, and therapists involved in legal issues). The content generally includes:

Understanding the dynamics of personality disorders in conflict resolution settings.
Several skills for handling those with high conflict personalities.
Issues of ethics, collaboration with other professionals, and handling other disputants.
Practice exercises for handling common difficult issues presented by these personalities.

My fee is $3000 for the day or part thereof, plus my transportation and lodging costs.
